1. Substitution Policy
If the primary theme flowers is out of stock due to supply, customers will be informed by our staff. If the secondary theme flowers, lining flowers or decorations of the product is out of stock, it will be replaced by stock merchandise with the same quality and value without prior notice.
2. Deviation of the photo and actual product
The color, shape, size and outlook of acutal product may be differ from the photo in website due to the reproduction process or other effect.
3. Bad Weather or Other Unexpected Conditions

If we could not deliver the product to the recipient due to the absence of recipient or incorrect delivery information given by the customer, the order will be treated as completed. Customer may need to pay the surcharge for reproducing or re-delivering the product.
